ISO Certification
Maxim Has ISO Certification for All Manufacturing Locations
In 1993, Maxim was one of the first IC companies to achieve ISO 9000 registration. We continue to improve our quality systems
meeting stringent automotive customer expectations. Maxim has
achieved ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification.
Maxim's products and processes already incorporate
the key elements comprising the "continuous improvement"
and "zero defect" goals required by the automotive customer.
Statistical process control, gauge repeatability and reproducibility (Gauge R&R), and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) methods are used throughout manufacturing to identify, contain,
and resolve problems and then validate the corrective actions.
Improved reliability performance, moving to sub-FIT levels, is the
direct result of Maxim's improvement activities.
